Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
  • Lessons canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice (no-shows), are charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.
Between-Lesson Communication
  • Between lessons, I’m happy to answer quick questions. Detailed explanations, video reviews, or extended guidance are reserved for scheduled lesson time.
Payment Policy
  • Lesson fees are due in advance to reserve a lesson time. Lesson packages and monthly lessons are paid in full before the first scheduled lesson. Unpaid lessons are not confirmed.
Punctuality & Readiness Policy
  • Be on time. Lessons start and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals cannot be made up or extended.
  • Arrive at the right time. Please log in no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled lesson. Early arrival does not guarantee an early start, as I may be finishing another lesson.
  • Technical readiness. Students are responsible for a stable internet connection and working audio/video. Time lost due to technical issues on the student’s side cannot be rescheduled.
  • Respect for everyone’s time. This helps keep the schedule fair and ensures each student receives their full, dedicated lesson time.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Lesson & Practice Recommendations

To get the most out of your lessons, here are a few study tips based on long-term teaching experience:

  • Weekly lessons are strongly recommended. Regular sessions help build consistency, maintain motivation, and support steady progress. Long gaps between lessons often slow improvement.
  • Short, consistent practice beats long, irregular practice. Even 20–30 minutes a day is more effective than one long practice once a week.
  • Come with a goal. Let me know what you’d like to focus on — technique, repertoire, rhythm, improvisation, or a specific piece — so each lesson stays focused and productive.
  • Progress takes time. Real improvement happens step by step. Staying patient and consistent always brings better results than rushing.
